Upcoming Posts – July & August

I’ve been very busy with work, multiple weddings (not my own of course) and as such have left the site, as well as Facebook, Tumblr, even Google+ mostly dormant.  Things should be getting back into a flow very soon.  I have another wedding to attend (third in ten days) and a busy work week to finish, but things should settle down after that. When I find myself short on time I often save tons of “draft” posts in various states … Continue reading

What do you want to read about or discuss?

So, the blog has gone a little bit television crazy of late. This is only of course because some exceptional shows are in new seasons, and others have debuted to great success. I am currently following Dexter, Boardwalk Empire and The Walking Dead. The rest of my television time is consumed by watching the Blazers; even when the team doesn’t show up to the game, I stay and watch… Of course Conan is going to be taking up some of … Continue reading

Craig Ferguson – American on Purpose – A Book Review

American on Purpose : The Improbable Adventures of an Unlikely Patriot is the autobiography of Craig Ferguson, whom most of you will know as a)Host of the Late Late Show or b)that guy that played Drew’s boss on The Drew Carey show. I shall borrow words from other people … Continue reading

The Girl Who Played with Fire continues the story of titular character … Continue reading

Kane & Lynch 2 Dog Days Review

Well kiddos, I was lucky (or unlucky) enough to receive Kane & Lynch 2 Dog Days from Gamefly on the week of launch release. The game came in the mail and I promptly went and beat the game. I had heard tales of the single player being ridiculously short. Those reports were not in any way mistaken as it took less than 5 hours to complete the single player campaign. Not so good Al…. Also not so good was the … Continue reading

Reviews – World War Z, MSI, Surrealest

PLEASE GO SEE THE SURREALEST* FRIDAY APR 25th @ ROCK AND ROLL PIZZA!!!!!!!!! Mini – Book Review: World War Z, even better than I thought it would be. A documentary of the international war vs the zombies. As many have said whom I have talked to about this book, it’s more about the human condition, and human nature, than a zombie story… that being said there’s plenty of scary zombie scenes with much carnage. Check it out. Mini – Music … Continue reading
