Walker finds himself alone after the tanker blast. Riggs confirms the coverup before Walker gives him mercy. Walker finds Lugo hostage in some sort of multi-level mall. They are on opposite sides and thick in a firefight after Walker rescues Lugo.
Delta squad finishes of 33rd forces and makes their way across the rooftops towards the Radio Man. Heavy 33rd forces guard him near the top of a large tlwer. Delta is losing it, Walker in particular is starting to see things.
After making their way to the Radio Man, who originally was a journalist attempting to report on the situation. Lugo secures the comms equipment, but then executes the Radio Man. Walker broadcasts an evac message and warning to general Konrad.
Delta takes a chopper and destroys the tower from the air.
