Civilization Beyond Earth - Intro

The latest entry in Sid Meier’s Civilization series is beyond earth, which sees the hopes of a planet nearing the end of its resources sending a lucky few into space, in search of the next place to call home.

“The story of the game takes place approximately 200 years from the present, when humans must leave Earth as a result of an event called “The Great Mistake.” In the game, humanity travels through space to start a new life by colonising extraterrestrial planets by establishing cities there.”

“It is said to be the spiritual successor to Sid Meier’s Alpha Centauri.”
