Joe is sent to send the man a little message in the form of a car bomb. You know, nothing big, just something to scare him a little bit. The D.A.’s car is Jefferson Provincial parked at a nearby diner. Joe has to get the explosives, head to the diner, plant the bomb and get out of the blast radius before it goes off. Then he’ll have to run from the cops.
