DuckTales remastered is the HD remake/update of the classic DuckTales sidescroller on the NES from 1989. The game is a fan favorite of gamers from the era. A quote from Cliffy Bleszinski of Gears of War fame, attributes DuckTales as teaching hm about “the genre that launched his career”. Cliffy B’s first game series was the side-scroller Jazz Jackrabbit.
The scholarship edition adds some new things to the game for the PC version which was released in October of 2008. The game offered some difficulties in recording as the cut scenes are rendered in a lower res that the game when set above 720p.
