Shadow of the Tomb Raider is the 2018 sequel to Rise of the Tomb Raider, and third and allegedly final installment in the Survivor Timeline.

Lara Croft travels to Mexico in order to take down a Trinity cell along with Jonah Maiava, While traversing a treacherous cavern, Lara is trapped, though she manages to free herself. While climbing to get back onto the trail, Jonah informs Lara via radio of the imminent arrival of Dr. Pedro Dominguez. While Lara assumes he only leads a local Trinity cell, she later discovers he is actually the leader of Trinity’s High Council.
