People from Wei’s past keep popping up. With a visit down to the docks, it’s time to 
reminisce again as the ghost of Johnny Rat-Face is out to wreak havoc on Wei and all that he has built up. Johnny commands a group of 18k and Wei is in for a firefight, before he has to again use his new power to defeat some demons.
