Wei Shen is back. Seems that he has made some enemies in the department. Wei is busted down to a patrol cop and it’s not long before he is hating this demotion. Luckily for Wei (but unlucky for some poor bystanders) a hit-and-run occurs as he is writing a ticket for another vehicle. Wei is quickly in pursuit and back to his old ways as he takes down the suspects. Turns out there is some sort of Doomsday cult ready to unleash something for the New Year.
