Afterlife – Intro and Tutorials James Schumacher, April 4, 2013April 7, 2013 Continuing my Lucasarts / Lucastfilm Games tribute with their foray into “god games” in the Civilization style. This is Afterlife. Where you control the experience of souls in both heaven and hell and receive helpful advice from a demon and an angel. After the brief intro are the tutorial pieces, they showcase the gameplay, but also Lucasarts penchant for witty dialogue and quality voice acting whenever possible. There are pop culture references (pre 1996) and in-jokes relating to Star Wars and other Lucasarts IPs which was common for them.
