Dracula has dealt with Carmilla and transitioned back into present-day Castlevania City. He continues his quest deeper towards the antidote, eventually finding and infiltrating the compound and stealing the cure using his possession powers. Returning to Zobek, they deploy the cure on the acolyte, intending to return her to human form. Instead, her true form is revealed and the fight is on.
