Cliff Bleszinski Leaves Epic Games

Cliffy B of the famous franchise, Jazz Jackrabbit is apparently making his depature from Epic Games after 20 years at the company. The above article at Kotaku details the story somewhat. Gamespot also makes note that Mr. Bleszinski is actually the third top-level exec to leave the company in the last few months. Could there be more to the story? Following big name departures from other companies like Bioware, is this simply a case of people needing a break, or moving on? Or is there more truth to the side that thinks these guys are stepping away from their posts based on fan backlash or negativity?  Either way, whether you like his persona or not, Cliff Bleszinski has made major contributions to the gaming community, under the Epic banner, for a very long time. Wish him well and hope that he returns with some fresh ideas.
