Hotline Miami is a top-down shooter with light stealth and strategy elements. In this roughly 15 minutes of footage from the game, starting at the beginning you can start to get a feel of for the game and how it works. It has an original GTA top-down style mixed with character portraits reminiscent of art from Bloodlust Software the originators of Nesticle one of the top original NES emulators from the 90s. This game is madness.
