Wei procedes onto the next stage of getting Hotshot behind bars. He hops into a city van to keep his cover and proceeds to Hotshots last known location. As Hotshot argues with Ace (another underground driver) Wei plants a bug under the backside of his car. He keeps a fairly close tail on Hotshot so he can listen in his conversations. Wei and Teng plan their next step.
