After dropping off Naz Wei checks with Teng to see if she needs any help. Seems that 
bodies of gangster are turning up, with 3 found at the waterfront. There may be a serial killer on the loose.
He infiltrates the crime scene and finds that Vincent, one of his crew, is included in the victims. Wounds indicate that their organs may be being harvested.
