Hands-On: Forty Hours With XCOM | Rock, Paper, Shotgun
I cannot stress enough how excited I am for this game. An east top 10 all time game for me, X-Com has gotten a remake that has been so calculated in it’s approach, balancing the old sensibilities with modern game design, that it is likely a surefire winner. Everything I have seen of this from SP to Multiplayer matches, and all of the in from the dev leads say that this game is going to be a good one, faithful to the original, but updated for modern gaming.
