Wei is sent to a local electronics shop to pick up a bug device. There he meets “Not Ping” who offers to “help” him. Stepping outside a thief grabs the bug and Wei has to give chase.

With the device in hand, Wei has to plant the bug in the Golden Koi to get more intel on Winston and the Water Street Red Pole crew. He makes his way to the rooftop of the restaurant via construction scaffolds on the building across the street. Once there, he drops into the kitchen through a skylight, plants the bug and picks the lock to sneak out the back door.
