The gaming community has been given an excellent selection of classic licensed music this year, with the Mafia II Soundtrack. This old-timey audible goodness continues with a release of a partial list of music that will be featured in the upcoming Fallout New Vegas release. Just as with the Mafia series, Fallout’s atmosphere owes much to the soundtrack and score music. Inon Zur returns supplying the original Fallout New Vegas score to supplement this excellent list of classic tunes.

This is of course only a partial list. With the release date for Fallout New Vegas aka Fallout 4 rapidly approaching, it’s only a matter of time before more tracks are released. Be sure to check back often for updates. I have also been thinking about providing links to iTunes or another such service towards any tracks that are available for these songs. Would anyone be interested in either the Fallout New Vegas music list or the Mafia II soundtrack details posts having links to the songs wherever possible? Let me know. Can’t wait for the game.
